1. I recently made an order and chose two day delivery but the product took six days to arrive. Why is that? Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If there is a long-lead time for a product, meaning that the manufacturer can't ship it right away, the product description should note that. In such case, the product you have purchased will be sent out by the method you choose for delivery as soon as the manufacturer has the product available. Also keep in mind that that orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will ship out on the following Monday, time for processing and weekends do not count as shipping days. 2. Do you ship to Canada? All products that are stocked by our warehouse are available for shipment, for all our international sales through-out the world. If a product is shipped directly from the manufacturer, it is available for shipment to Canada if the manufacturer has a policy of shipping to Canada. 3. What does "Affiliate Partner" mean? An "Affiliate Partner" is a seperate company in which Ecoworld Marketing has an agreement with to show and facilitate sales of their products. Such sales are made with the affiliate company and such purchase would fall under that individual companies policy and proceedures. Here at EcoWorld Marketing we have only selected companies in good standings and that reflect the same values in regards to their products along with the environmental impact on our earth. 4. There is an item I would like that is out of stock. How can I find out when you will get it in again? If there is anything out of stock that you would like, please contact us using the (contact button), provide us with the information, and someone from our sales department will get back to you with more information. 5. What if I want to return something? We have different return policies depending on the type of product you buy. Please see our section entitled "Shipping/Returns/Sales Tax".
