Return Policy General: EcoWorld Maketing will charge your credit card as soon as your order is placed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, EcoWorld Maketing will refund the purchase price for most products, less shipping and handling charges incurred, if the item is returned within 30 days of the purchase. We do have different return policies for specific types of products and a different protocol for dealing with manufacturing defects so please read this entire section. The following applies to the return of any product: Purchaser must notify EcoWorld Marketing of the reason for the return. Notification should be made by e-mailing us at returns@ecoworldmarketing.biz. Please provide phone number and best time to contact as well as your time zone. Upon receipt of the e-mail, someone from customer service will contact you. The product must be returned in essentially the same condition as when purchased, must be returned with the original packaging, any attached tags, the receipt and, except in the case where there is a manufacturing defect, must be resalable. Before you return the item, please make sure EcoWorld Maketing has provided you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN number must appear on the outside shipping carton on all returns. Unless otherwise stated in your Return Authorization Number (RAN) email, packages should be mailed to: EcoWorld Marketing 101 Luna Way Suite #152 Las Vegas, NV 89145 "Unless purchased through an Affilliate, see Affiliate guidelines." Unless your product has a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for the cost associated with shipping returned goods back to EcoWorld Marketing and returns are subject to a $5 handling fee. We recommend that you use registered mail to return your product. EcoWorld Marketing will not be responsible for packages lost in the return process. We do not have an exchange policy. If you are returning an item, we will issue a credit on your credit card. If you want to purchase anything else in lieu of that item, it will require an additional purchase. An exception to this policy is in the case of a manufacturing defect, in which case we will replace the item free of charge with the same item, if available at the time of return. Exceptions to General Return Policy: Clothes: All EcoWorld Marketing brand clothes and accessories should be inspected as soon as they are received. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, clothes that are unused, unwashed and unworn may be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be returned with all attached tags. Under no conditions will we refund purchases for any clothes that have been worn or washed. Purchaser should follow all other return policy guidelines as stated above. In the case were purchases are made through one of our AFFILIATE PARTNERS, any policies and proceedure guidelines from that company will take precedant over EcoWorld Maketing in all cases. Any and all guidelines from that company should be followed to receive proper customer service. Sales Tax EcoWorld Marketing charges sales tax on shipments to California, Nevada and New York. Taxes may also be collected for other states were applicable when purchases have been made though an affiliate partner. Shipping USPS First class and Priority Mail will be used unless other wise stated. Allow 5-7 business days for First Class and 3 business days for Priority. Remember to account for holidays and weekends as these are not calculated in shipping day terms. All U.S. shipments are tracted, USPS has a track &confirmation service wich will be e-mailed to you if you have provided a valid e-mail address. All shipments from EcoWorld Marketing are insured . EcoWorld Marketing Standard shipping to Canada and World Wide, using USPS First Class, allow up to 10 business days for shippment to arrive (expedited shipping available and will be assisted by EcoWorld staff to detemine those options and cost).
